In addition, reaffirmed that the idea is to meet specific needs of these professionals on a daily labor market. “This partnership with ASPACER comes at a very appropriate time and in a region in which the profile of the companies served by the pool is excellent. So I do not see how not to be a success. ”

During the exhibition over the course of Design, Serafim said the main goal is to contextualize the surface designer work and integrate the theoretical concepts of the profession to the activity carried out in practice. “The idea is to think of the product, in the preparation, not just produce it mechanized. This course is for all who have ability to creativity, not necessarily a designer working in the ceramic industry. ”

To Bia Ardinghi, the industrial process to create products happens very mechanical way and no other way, that’s the reality. But, she said, the ideal is that professionals can have a break and “fly high”, otherwise, the day-to-day is very small, as well as the satisfaction of professionals. He emphasized: “Today I believe that there is more possibility of cutting-edge industry call themselves innovative, if it does not have the practice of designer within it.”
