Status – is the set of legal rules laid down in our Civil Code which governs the rights and obligations of societies / associations / nonprofit foundations of regular shape and direct the actions that make up the entity itself. In the case of ASPACER (association) and sincer (union) is the statute that specifies the rights, duties and powers of the entity itself, the associated and / or unionized, subject to the applicable laws. Its board of directors and advisors are chosen by election defining the duration of the warrant. The Bylaws is undoubtedly the principal and legal tool for the perfect functioning of an association, union or foundation.
